Homemade Wantan

Sunday - Freedom 

I was so fed up in doing revision. So, I opened my refrigerator to see what else ingredients I left. I found out minced meat and wantan skin. End up, I have decided to make a bowl of wantan as my lunch. I miss Sarawak Wantan so much. 

Okay, firstly clean the minced meat well and add in some simple ingredients like a pinch of pepper, a suitable spoon of salt, a pinch of sugar(because I don't use ajinomoto), a pinch of corn flour and a mini spoon of oyster sauce into minced meat. Stir it well then put in suitable amount of minced meat on wantan skin and fold it. 

Done! And cook the wantan well. When you put wantan in boiled water, it floats -uncooked. Then rinse it with cold water and continue cook it. If wantan all are drowning, it means it was cooked. 

Tadaaa~~~ the food is ready to be prepared.

Melacca A Day Food Hunting Trip

I don't know what to blog. But recently my friends and I keep food hunting in the place we are not belong to. We are Sarawakians and we live in KL. 

Last week, our another Sarawakians friends coming to KL and we just planned to go to Melacca for food hunting before they back to hometown. 

These are the food we hunted last week and the weather is so haze and hot as the haze was coming back because of open burning in Sumatera this time. Sad case. Anyway we managed to eat like nobody happily ever after hahahaha
